CultureNest Pulse, including its software, interface, designs, text, graphics, documentation, and compilation, is owned by CultureNest LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "CultureNest," "CultureNest Pulse," "Pulse," and related logos are trademarks of CultureNest LLC. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

No license or right is granted except the limited right to use the Service as authorized in the Terms of Service. You may not use our names, marks, logos, screenshots, interface, documentation, or branding without our prior written permission, except as applicable law allows (for example, truthful nominative reference).

If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, email hello@culturenest.io with: your contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable material and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate repeat infringers. Content that a Customer uploads may be referred to that Customer.
