Electronic Communications and E-Sign Consent

You agree that CultureNest may provide agreements, policies, policy updates, notices, disclosures, and transactional, administrative, account, and security communications electronically, by email to the address on your account, within the Service, or by posting on this website. To the extent applicable law permits, these electronic deliveries satisfy requirements that communications be in writing.

Clicking to accept, checking a box, or similar actions are electronic signatures with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, to the extent permitted by law, including the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and applicable state law.

You need a device with internet access, a current web browser, and a valid email address. Keep your contact information current. A communication is considered delivered when we send it to your account email or make it available in the Service or on this website, subject to applicable law. You can save or print any record for your files.

Where the law gives you the right, you may withdraw consent by emailing hello@culturenest.io. Because the Service is delivered electronically, withdrawing consent may require us to end your access. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of anything delivered or signed before it takes effect.

Marketing communications are separate from this consent, are sent only as permitted by law, and you can opt out of them at any time. Workplace digests sent by your organization through Pulse are your organization's communications and include an unsubscribe link.
